Hannah got up with a fever and sore throat. I'm at my complete wits end and feel so helpless for my little girl. This is number 5 with the last bout just being 8 days ago. 8 days! I'm going to be putting a call into the ENT as soon as they open. I'm not sure what the protocol is here. All I know is, if they don't keep this at bay until April 22nd, this surgery may never happen. I'm a very frustrated and worried mommy!

Well we will get to the bottom of the sweetie. Hannah will be fine and we will get those tonsils out.
I think they need to put her on some Bactrim until she has her surgery.
That is if the cultures/sensitivities say it is sensitive to that. Sometimes old drugs work best.

They put her back on Cefzil. The Azithromycin was a joke ... She had 3 weeks worth if needed.
The Cefzil seemed to be the best for her of the things she has taken. The sensitivities showed that anything would work pretty much. We all know that nothing has really "worked" on her though, so that is another thing altogether. For some reason her tonsils have decided to be bulletproof.
But, hopefully we can keep her fever free for 2 more weeks.
